Fee £50.00 (including VAT) for additional Applicants or Licenced Occupiers
Fee £55.00 (including VAT) per Guarantor

Administration Fees Payable on Signing the Tenancy Agreement
(Applies to the Tenancy/Property and NOT each applicant)
 
Inventory £30.00 (including VAT)
Check-in £35.00 (including VAT) - (please note you can opt out of this one)
Check-out £50.00 (including VAT)

Possible Charges Payable during the Tenancy
 
Renewal £60.00 (including VAT)
Telephone Calls chasing rent arrears £6.00 (including VAT) per call charged to your deposit
Letters and correspondence £12.00 (including VAT) per item charged to your deposit
Personal Visits (due to arrears/breach) £25.00 (including VAT) per visit charged to your deposit
Abortive pre-arranged visits by us or contractors
  (eg. You are not in for a pre-arranged inspection) 
£25.00 (including VAT) per visit charged to your deposit
Bounced cheques/reversed Standing Orders
£18.00 (including VAT) per item
 
There is no charge for Debit Cards or Bank Payments for the initial rent and deposit. however if you use a Credit Card there will be a charge of 3% including VAT of the transaction amount.  All subsequent rents will be collected by monthly direct debit on either 1st or 15th of the month.  The initial direct debit will be calculated to take in to account any difference between the agreed collection date and the rent due date so that you are always up to date with your rent and confusion is avoided.
